Hoseworks lets the businesses on our platform send text messages to their own customers: appointment reminders, on-the-way notices, quotes, invoices, and follow-ups. These terms describe how that messaging works and your choices.
Businesses may only message customers who have provided consent to be contacted by text, consistent with the TCPA and applicable law. Messaging programs are registered under A2P 10DLC with the mobile carriers.
Message frequency varies by the business and the service you've requested (for example, a reminder before a scheduled visit). Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts from that business. You'll receive a single confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START. Opt-outs are honored automatically.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business that messaged you directly. For questions about the Hoseworks platform itself, use our contact page.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
