These terms govern your use of Hoseworks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You're responsible for your account, the team members you invite, and the activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
Use Hoseworks lawfully. Don't misuse the messaging tools: only contact customers who have consented, and comply with applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. Don't attempt to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.
Paid plans are billed per truck on the cadence you select. Card payments you take from your own customers are processed through Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms and processing fees.
The business and customer data you enter remains yours. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You can export it and request deletion.
We work to keep Hoseworks available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update features and these terms over time; we'll note the date above.
To the extent permitted by law, Hoseworks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
